Why should I
choose LifeStyles Fitness Personal Training?
There
are several reasons...
1. We
offer the most comprehensive personal training
programs out there. We don't push people thru
workouts like most personal trainers... we develop a
customized strength, flexibility, cardio, and
nutrition plan for you based on you, your goals,
your time available to exercise, your current
fitness level, etc.
The success of our clients has
enabled us to enter our 7th year of business. Simply
stated, We have the best Facility + the best
equipment + the best Trainers + the best Programs
which = the Best Results for YOU !
2. We
guarantee your success! You WILL achieve your goals
or we will refund your complete program purchase
price!
3.
Our only focus is on helping you achieve your
goals... that's it... that's what we do and we are
the best at it... just check out some of our
client success stories.
What kind of
results can I expect?
It honestly
depends primarily on how bad you want to achieve
your goals and how hard you are willing to work. Our
personal training programs will allow you to get the
most out of your fitness and nutrition.
Other important
factors are age, gender, attitude, and what you
learn from us and how much you apply it to your
lifestyle after you leave our hands. The clients
that have been most successful are those that apply
these 3 major principles: Positive Attitude,
Consistency, and Specific Goals.
On average, most
clients lose approximately 1 pound of body fat (not
scale weight) per week and often will lose 5-15
pounds in a 10 -12 week period.
Don't take my
word for it though... be sure to also check out our
success stories page to hear how others have
benefited from our programs.
How do I know
which program is right for me?
It
all depends... first, you need to know what your
goals are... then look at the different programs we
offer and see if you see one that's a good match.
Each client is unique and we will customize a
program to meet YOUR goals and needs. Check out the

How often should
I meet with a personal trainer?
This
still depends upon your goals, how quickly you want to
achieve them, your schedule and time available to
exercise, and your budget... but when considering
the cost, be sure to remember that this is your
health and there is nothing on earth that is more
important... because without it you have nothing.
On
average, most clients do best when they meet with a
personal trainer 2-3 times per week... less than
that many people will slack off and not get nearly
as much out of it.
Here are a few things to keep in mind when
determining how often you'll meet with your
trainer...
1. How fast do you
want to achieve your goal and see results?
The more frequently
you meet with your trainer the faster you'll see
results and achieve your goals and there are several
reasons for this... consistency, accountability,
motivation, guidance, you'll work much harder with
your trainer than on your own, etc.
2. How much
experience with exercise do you have and how much do
you really know?
While many people
have exercised before, many for years... but do you
really know it all? It's not likely... we spend
years and years studying and learning to know what
we know and our primary focus is on helping and
teaching you. Think about it... if you don't know
taxes (like I sure don't :) ) are you going to try
to figure it out yourself or have someone help you?
Why leave your fitness results to chance?
Many of my clients
have openly expressed to me that they have joined
gyms in the past and started going for a month or so
then never returned. Why? #1 reason was that they
didn’t have to go if they didn’t want to even though
they know they should. Our surveys indicated the
exact opposite response… That our current/past
clients actually ENJOY coming because they
achieve their desired results, love the variety of
training, appreciate personalized instruction and
the private studio, and to top it off have FUN!
Do I need
to have equipment if I am going to be working with a
trainer in my home?
Yes,
it does help if you have a universal station, free
weights, and some cardio equipment. However, we do
transport some portable items to your house that is
included in the in-home rate. As we all know, there
is no better investment than the one we make in our
own health. With that in mind, we recommend
scheduling a visit to Fitness 4 Home and
contacting our Fitness Expert Bob Lachniet
(pronounced Lock-Neat) at
(480)
838-0555
who can also provide expert guidance to help you
design a cost-effective home gym so that you
can maximize your results!
Are all of your
personal trainers certified? Insured?
Yes, all of our
personal trainers have a combination of experience
and/or certifications, and/or degrees, we carry a
comprehensive insurance policy, and we have both
male and female personal trainers available. We will
match you with the best trainer that fits your
needs.
What areas do
you service?
Tempe,
Scottsdale, Awatukee, Phoenix,
Chandler,
Gilbert, Mesa, and just about everywhere in the
Phoenix Metro area.
Where will I
meet with my trainer?
Tempe is where the private studio
is located at U.S. 60 / Rural Road on the east side
of Rural just about 1/8 of a mile south of the 60
highway. You will enter the plaza at the light and
look for Desert Rat. We are on the opposite end of
them right next door to a Chiropractor. This
location is in close proximity to the 101, I-10, 60
(superstition), I-17, 202, & 51. There is easy
access to our location through the use of these
highway routes. We also provide in-home training,
so, we will come to you at your convenience!

Isn't personal training expensive?
It really
isn’t when you put it in perspective. First
of all, it’s interesting what all of us spend our
money on. I invite you to take a look at your budget
and I guarantee you will find something that is
either frivolous or wasteful. Such being the case,
why in the world would you skimp on your own
health & well-being?
Doctors, Dentists, Accountants, Attorneys, Financial
Advisors, etc. are all very expensive but when it
makes sense to use them it saves us time, money, and
we pay them for their expertise.
Personal Training is exactly in the same
category and without one's health you have nothing.
What always amazes me is that people will spend tens
of thousands of dollars on cars, gadgets, Plasma
TV’s, eating out, extravagant vacations, partying,
cable TV, expensive tickets to concerts & sporting
events, etc., etc. and then actually hesitate when
it comes to investing in their own health and
improving the quality of their daily life and long
term health. Are you kidding me? Honestly,
does that really make any sense? Think about
it... If you’re still not convinced check out this

Plus, Don't just take our word
for it, listen to what some of our clients have to
say:
"I have visited numerous gyms & personal
training studios and had several personal trainers
in the past that charged less. I am amazed at the
upbeat staff, great equipment, creative programs,
but most of all, the results at Lifestyles Fitness
are the best I have ever achieved! I wouldn't spend
my hard earned money anywhere else."
Bridget Bundrick, Mesa
“You can pay for
personal training now, or pay a doctor a lot more
money
later. And that’s something I would rather avoid.”
Diane Kulow
Tempe, Arizona
“I used to party
every Friday night and spend $70 - $100 each time
(do the math $280 - $400 per month). When I started
working out with a personal trainer, I quit going
out on Fridays (but I still like my Saturday nights)
and not only looked and felt better but actually
saved money!
Dean Briggs
Tempe, Arizona
“You know when
you really look at how most of us spend our money……
personal training is an investment in your health
and how you look and feel, so to me, its money well
spent!”
Lisa Freemole
Tempe, Arizona
